As a Partner at LanCarte Commercial, Bill de la Chapelle is a broker in the Industrial Group.  Bill assists a broad array of clients to procure real estate in a manner that maximizes efficiency and lowers cost.  Specialties include industrial, office and land projects. Inventory analysis, product flow, space utilization plans and return on investment are key metrics Bill uses to lower cost. Prior to joining LanCarte Commercial in January 2023, Bill was a broker focused on the Industrial sector at Rubicon (2019-2022), he specialized in tenant representation at Transwestern (2008-2019) and The Staubach Company (2006-2008).  Previous experience also includes serving as President of a Dallas-based wholesale parts distribution company.  In addition, Bill designed and sold warehouse storage systems for over 15 million square feet located throughout 18 states and worked as a commercial loan officer at a predecessor to Bank of America.
