Assistant Director of Property Management

Debra joined LanCarte Commercial in May 2023. As the Assistant Director of Property Management, she performs a variety of managerial and operational duties as they relate to the department of Property Management. Debra works daily with the Property Managers and reports to the Director of Property Management.

Debra is a top-performing property management professional with 18-plus years of management experience in commercial, retail and industrial properties. She has consistent success in achieving financial, tenant retention and project delivery goals.

Prior to joining LanCarte, Debra worked at the Weitzman Group as Senior Property Manager where she was responsible for financial and sales reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, property conditions and tenant relations. Accountable for lease renewals, lease abstracts and contract negotiations.
