Property Management

Linda began her Property Management career in the multi-family sector for Bluestone. In 2012 she moved to Pace where she assisted in new build projects, finalizing buildouts, and pre-leasing the facilities. During these projects, she handled overall asset management and assisted the owners in selling at a profit. In 2018, Linda moved into the industrial sector with Holt Lunsford where she worked with 3rd party management on 8 portfolios. In 2020, she moved to an in-house portfolio management group, Dodson, where she worked on the development of both remodels and ground up acquisitions and managed a portfolio consisting of retail, office, residential, and industrial.
