Big things are happening in the River District! The emerging mixed-use neighborhood in west Fort Worth has continued its development momentum despite the turbulent environment. Significant development projects in the District have broken ground recently while others are moving closer to completion. Over the last few years, we have seen the completion of over 350 multi-family units, 56,000+ SF of Class-A office space, specialty retail and restaurant options, and multiple single-family housing communities. Crystal Springs, a multi-phased mixed-use project recently broke ground on 386 luxury multi-family residences. In addition to this development, over 730 multi-family units, 20,000 SF of office, and 19,000 SF of retail are currently under construction or planned.
