Property Management

Bea Alvarez joined LanCarte Commercial in June 2023. Bea is a Property Manager with ten years of experience concentrating in the retail and office industries. She grew up in Cedar Hill and graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Business Administration. A few years later, Bea decided to follow in her family’s footsteps and opened a Tex-Mex restaurant in Waxahachie. After selling all the family restaurants, she began an office administrative position with RealSpace, LLC. She remained at RealSpace for the next ten years, continuing to expand her knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and became a licensed sales agent. While at RealSpace, Bea was given the opportunity to learn about property management, marketing, brokerage, leasing, accounting, construction and even a little about aviation real estate while RealSpace was partnered with AirSpace.

Bea is married with two children and three dogs. Her crew has a lot of energy (especially during the summer); they are constantly looking for new adventures to experience. In their free time, they enjoy hanging out, watching movies and spending time with their extended families.
