Daniel Shelley joined LanCarte Commercial near its inception, in 2019.  He specializes in project leasing, tenant representation, acquisitions, and dispositions across the industrial and office divisions of the company.

Since his tenure began, Daniel has successfully completed over 250 transactions, playing a pivotal role in the achievements and growth of LanCarte Commercial.  He is a consistent top broker and leader in the industry.

Daniel has a B.S. in Environmental Resources and a M.A. in Environmental Science from Texas Christian University.  Aside from academic excellence, he was a Division I football player at Texas Christian University.
