Jenny joined LanCarte Commercial in 2022 as an Agent on our Industrial Brokerage Team. In late 2023, she transitions into the Chief of Staff role, working close with the CEO to develop, carry out and manage company strategic developments.

Jenny’s career spans more than 25 years in commercial real estate, bringing a blend of energy and experience to our team. Her journey is rooted in a 15-year tenure in the commercial real estate lending industry, combining financial strategies with client-focused solutions. Her transition to the role of Vice President of Operations at a Private Equity Firm further allowed her to showcase her passions, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing their operational processes and automating and refining the company’s processes. Jenny leads the way in integrating and automating our operational platform with her precision, accountability, and positive approach.
