With 18 years of experience in commercial real estate and a depth of technical and market knowledge, having focused on DFW commercial real estate for almost two decades, Matt is an asset to the team and the clients he serves.

Before joining LanCarte, Flory was with Archway Properties, where he focused on industrial acquisitions for their fund, BV Archway Real Estate Income Fund. Flory previously provided tenant advisory services for seven years for Stream Realty Partners, Myers Commercial, and The Weitzman Group before founding his firm, Ryan and Bell Realty Partners, where he spent over nine years advising commercial real estate users.

Matt has advised companies on site selection, lease negotiations and renewals, subleases, building purchases/sales and specialized tenant improvement projects. He was named a D Magazine Power Broker in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. In addition, he was a Mercy Street Mentor and taught Junior Achievement in the Dallas Independent School District (DISD).

Matt received his bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and his master’s from St. Mary’s University. He also has training from CCIM.
