Prior to joining LanCarte, Parker served as Vice President of Leasing at Latipac Commercial in Houston, Texas, where he demonstrated expertise in building a retail property management company. Additionally, his tenure with SRS Retail Partners in Austin, Texas, further enriched his skill.

Parker holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Texas Tech University.
