With nearly two decades of proven expertise in commercial real estate, Paul steps into the role of leading and managing our Brokerage division.  Committed to achieving our business objectives, he elevates team skills through precision coaching, mentorship, and industry insight.  Paul’s responsibilities encompass the development and execution of effective sales strategies and dynamic marketing initiatives, fostering robust client relationships, and steering expansion, growth, and profitability.

Paul’s extensive background spans property management, landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, and capital markets.  His proficiency in deal sourcing, negotiation, investment analysis, and business development is an asset that strengthens the LanCarte team.

Paul has been recognized as an industry leader with various awards, including the 2022 and 2023 Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards Investment Broker of the Year and Illinois RE Journal Awards Investment Broker Team of the Year in 2022 and 2023.  He has also received distinctions such as Rising Star, CRE Future Leader, Crexi Platinum Broker, and CoStar Power Broker.

Paul holds degrees in Finance and Economics from Indiana University.
